This rated area combines a river-valley landscape with the Confucius Academy. It is better understood as several linked visitor areas than as a compact monument.

A realistic route

Allow 4–6 hours as an editorial planning estimate, with extra time for travel, security and queues. Choose a manageable section of Ten-Mile River Beach, then visit the academy only if its current public access is confirmed. Avoid planning to walk every wetland section.

Choose your focus before arrival
