A specific route
Puyuan Fashion Town should be understood through textiles and commerce, rather than booked as a substitute gate into Wuzhen. The dedicated visitor account describes a historic silk-trading settlement whose contemporary identity is linked to knitwear and fashion. Its protected-and-regenerated streets now support that industry story through exhibitions, shops and events. Start by reading the town’s commercial context, then choose a route that connects a merchant institution with an older religious or waterside setting.
Confirm the actual visitor gate and operating exhibition areas, walk one canal circuit and add selected open halls.
Entry and component boundaries
Two useful anchors are Fushan Temple, associated with old ginkgo trees, and Pushang Guild Hall, which interprets the town’s merchant culture.
