Official local reporting emphasizes river-and-sea regional culture, local art and original exhibitions; it names themes involving Zhang Jian, reclamation history and Ming/Qing and later painting/calligraphy. These are useful interests for selecting the current gallery map, rather than a guarantee that every exhibition named in a past report is installed here today.

In bad weather, retain one confirmed indoor session instead of driving across Haimen to several unconfirmed museum doors.
